PalmPay is a Pan-African fintech company currently operating in Nigeria, Ghana, and expanding to other markets in 2023. We’re reinventing the payments experience by making it easy and reliable for everyone to get financial services (Merchant Acquiring, Digital Lending, etc).
The Business Operation Manager, Merchant Acquiring will be responsible for driving offline merchant operation analysis among Key Businesses (Chain Stores, restaurants, Supermarkets, FMCG, Pharmacy, Betting, eCommerce, etc), and giving suggestions to increase sales revenue.
The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong business intelligence cases and will be able to identify client demands and sales strategy to promote the organisation’s solution and achieve mutual satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Responsible for sorting out and establishing the merchant operation framework, and clarifying data monitoring indicators, including but not limited to activity rate, performance per merchant, etc.
● According to the changes in KPI, creating corresponding sales and operation strategies, working with the sales and operation teams, complete the KPI.
● Regularly analyze industry trends, compare with major competitors, identify gaps, and create strategies to fill the gaps.
Qualification & Required Skills:
● Bachelor degree or above.
● Minimum of 3 years business operating experience in Banks / Fintech / PSP.
● Have great data analysis, business intelligence capabilities.
● Excellent communication skills, reliable and full of passion.
● Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
● English must be working level.
