Job Functions
▪️ Responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound call
▪️ Responsible for achieving individual sales target
▪️ Informing clients about market trends
▪️ Implement the company’s policies
▪️ Cooperate and mobilize team members to achieve the set team sales target
▪️ Reporting to the supervisor about customer’s issues and opine on how they can be sorted.
Job Qualification & skills
▪️ At least an Ordinary diploma in any business related field
▪️ Proficiency in computer applications.
▪️ Good communication skills
▪️ Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
▪️ Good problem analysis and solving skills
▪️ Work station:Head Office
